Vaccine Certificate
We issue a Rabies Vaccine CERTIFICATE with each rabies shot. A rabies certificate with the same numbered tag is important and current contact telephone number. Always identify the licensed Veterinarian who is administering your pet’s vaccine. A properly completed Rabies Vaccine certificate is necessary if you board a pet, travel outside of Florida; if Animal Control asks for any reason, show your certificate as proof. If you lose the H.E.L.P. Animals, Inc. issued Rabies Tag or Certificate, we can replace it! If a lost pet is found, and it has Our Rabies Tag, our contact info is on the tag and we are available 7 days a week.

Non-Profit Organization
H.E.L.P. ANIMALS, INC. is a 501(c) 3 Tax Deductible, Non Profit Organization that distributes goods and services to Animal Related 501 (c)(3) Organizations that are properly licensed and zoned and to Licensed Animal Wildlife Rehab Specialists (Including Kathy Paynter of Deland, Kathy Rasche, Deltona, and other “Rehabbers” in Volusia County!).

We inform the public of the necessity to Spay or Neuter and the prevention of cruelty to our wildlife, domestic, and agricultural animals. We have a successful spay/neuter program for those who qualify.

We urge the preventing of and the reporting of animal abuse to the proper authorities.
